Dreamworld is located at Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
We operate daily throughout the year, closing only on ANZAC Day and Christmas Day.

Yes, we offer free parking at Dreamworld, with space for over 1,600 cars and 15 buses. Reserved parking for guests with disabilities also available.
Reserved parking is available at the Southern end of rows A and J of our carpark for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit. These spaces are clearly marked with the International Disabilities Symbol.
Yes, lockers are available within the park for secure storage of personal belongings during your visit. You can hire one for $15 per day. Please see our Park map for locations.
We follow strict safety protocols, including daily inspections of all rides and slides by trained technicians. As a licensed Major Amusement Park, we operate under a comprehensive Safety Management System to ensure our attractions meet the highest standards.

Yes, some outdoor rides may temporarily close during severe weather to keep everyone safe. We closely monitor conditions and will reopen rides as soon as it’s safe.

Most rides are included with general admission, but some special experiences may have an additional fee. Please visit Tickets for details on any extra experiences.
Our ‘parent swap’ service lets parents with young children take turns on certain rides without waiting in line twice, making it easier to enjoy more attractions together.

Discount Admission ticket validity includes AUS & NZ equivalent Government issued Cards; Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
Australian & NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder.

Yes, you can upgrade to an annual pass and enjoy a full year of visits! Please visit Guest Services in park or contact us on 07 5588 1111 to upgrade.
- Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.
- Refunds on Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are only available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and will not be granted for change of mind.
- Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.
To check your Dreamworld annual pass expiry date, you can check your digital wallet if you have downloaded your ticket, you can refer back to the initial date of purchase as passes are valid for 12 months from this date or you can always contact our team members to check for you on +61 7 5588 1111
Yes. Dreamworld accepts valid government-issued Companion Cards. When paid entry applies, the Companion Card holder must purchase an admission ticket, and their essential companion will receive complimentary entry. Purchase one admission ticket for the Companion Card holder and receive one complimentary admission for their Essential Companion, two people enter in total.
Children aged 0–2 receive free entry to Dreamworld, so the Companion Card benefit doesn’t apply to this age group.
Complimentary companion entry doesn’t include other paid products or experiences, such as animal encounters, photo products, ticket upgrades, or premium experiences. The valid Companion Card must be presented when entering Dreamworld.
Wildlife
We offer a variety of unique wildlife experiences, from meeting majestic tigers at Tiger Island to cuddling a koala, to mingling with kangaroos and dingoes. Each encounter brings you closer to incredible animals and lets you learn more about their world.

Yes, some encounters have age restrictions to keep our guests and animals safe. For example, guests must be 13 or older for our Tiger Feed Experience, and those aged 13 to 15 need an accompanying adult.

Safety is our top priority. Our animal encounters are supervised by experienced handlers, and we have strict protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We also provide guests with guidelines to follow during interactions to protect both you and our animals.
Yes, certain experiences give you the chance to feed our animals safely with our handlers’ guidance. For example, our Tiger Feed Experience lets you tong-feed a tiger, while our Crocodile Feed Experience allows you to watch these powerful reptiles snap up their meal close-up.
