General

Conditions of entry are subject to Government and other regulatory legislation, health orders, directions and mandates that require compliance by law.
Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions except for food, merchandise, photo sessions, pay per use facilities (skill and video games etc), or optional add-on experiences.
We reserve the right to deny admission to persons under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or older.
Published times of shows or attractions may vary and are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons. Shows begin when venues reach capacity or performance starts.
The operation of rides may vary from advertised without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons
No food or beverages may be brought into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises. No alcohol, glassware or commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into WhiteWater World.
No eskies or coolers are permitted into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises.
No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought onto the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol.
No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises.
No animals may be brought onto the premises, except assistance or companion animals.
Frisbees, balls, inflatables or other devices that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are not permitted.
Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
The design and systems of the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights.
Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Company will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle.
Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in designated areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the property for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, offensive clothing, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
The company reserves the right to inspect your bags or other goods in your possession immediately upon request for security purposes.
Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation.
The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to the police.
Please be advised that appropriate swimwear is required to be worn for all water park activities/slides.
For the safety of all guests, swimwear with rivets, belts, exposed zippers, metal ornamentation, long pants and denim material is unable to be worn during any waterpark activity. Eyewear is permitted only on selected slides.
Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc.
Please be advised that appropriate footwear must be worn at all times, except in the case of experiencing rides where loose footwear requires removal.
Accommodation can be made for individual cases of severe allergies which cannot be catered for by Dreamworld food outlets. In these cases, guests are more than welcome to bring home packed meals (not commercial food). Please ensure to discuss your requirements with our Guest Services team prior to your visit for appropriate arrangements.

Admission Products

Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
AUS & NZ equivalent Government-issued Cards must be provided on entry.
Discount Admission ticket validity includes;
— Australian & NZ equivalent Government-issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
— Australian & NZ equivalent Government-issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
— Australian & NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled cardholder.
For website purchases, after completing your purchase you will gain access to an online page confirming your order. You will also receive 2 emails including your invoice and your E-tickets. Print your booking at home or simply scan them from your mobile device upon arrival.
Entry is granted by presenting a printed E-ticket or displayed on a mobile device, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security.
Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck.
Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint reserve the right to close rides and attractions as required.
Unless expressly stated to the contrary tickets do not include access to special events conducted outside of advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to, Dreamworld and WhiteWater World night events
Does not include experiences and attractions that are not included in the entry price.
Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. When the park reaches capacity we cannot permit further entries.
Pass expiry extensions or refunds because of limited visitation, suspension, show cancellations, park or ride/attraction closure will not be granted. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)
When you purchase a ticket, voucher, pass or other product for any of our venues, you consent to receive electronic communications from us relating to your purchase, booking and attendance at our venues, including by SMS, email or other digital service. These communications may include service and operational information, as well as special offers, updates, promotions or information about our products, services, and third-party partners where that content is relevant to your purchase, booking or attendance at our venues. You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications from us by using the unsubscribe facility provided in the relevant communication. Operational and service-related communications that are necessary or reasonably required to administer your purchase, booking or attendance may continue to be sent to you, even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications.

Flexible Dreamworld One Day Ticket

• The Flexible Dreamworld One Day Ticket entitles the holder to one (1) day admission to Dreamworld.

• Valid for one (1) use within 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Available through authorised Dreamworld sales channels.

• Does not include admission to separately ticketed events, special experiences, animal encounters, express products, or any other product unless expressly stated.

Date-Specific Dreamworld One Day Ticket

• The Date-Specific Dreamworld One Day Ticket entitles the holder to one (1) day admission to Dreamworld on the specific date selected at the time of purchase.

• Valid only on the selected visit date shown on the ticket.

• Ticket prices may vary depending on the selected visit date.

• Available through authorised Dreamworld sales channels only.

• Does not include admission to separately ticketed events, special experiences, animal encounters, express products, or any other product unless expressly stated.

Eligibility

• Tickets must be purchased through authorised Dreamworld sales channels.

• Tickets must be presented upon request for admission.

• Children under three (3) years of age receive free admission.

• Proof of eligibility may be required for any concession, companion card or discounted admission type.

Ticket validity and use

Flexible Dreamworld One Day Ticket

• Valid for one (1) admission only within 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Any unused entitlement expires at the conclusion of the validity period. • Flexible Dreamworld One Day Tickets are not refundable due to change of mind or non-attendance, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Date-Specific Dreamworld One Day Ticket

• Valid only on the date selected at the time of purchase.

• Tickets are not valid before or after the selected visit date.

• Date-Specific Dreamworld One Day Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, amended, rescheduled or moved to an alternative date due to:

o change of mind;

o incorrect date selection;

o personal circumstances;

o travel disruptions;

o illness;

o non-attendance; or

o inability to attend on the selected date.

• Guests requiring flexibility should purchase a Flexible Dreamworld One Day Ticket.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

General ticket conditions

• Tickets are valid for single use only unless otherwise stated.

• Tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and must not be resold, offered for resale or otherwise used for commercial purposes without Dreamworld's prior written consent.

• Entry is subject to Dreamworld's Conditions of Entry.

• Admission is subject to park operating hours, attraction availability, maintenance schedules, weather conditions, capacity limitations, safety requirements and operational requirements.

• Dreamworld reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket has been altered, copied, fraudulently obtained or used contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

• Admission does not guarantee access to every ride, attraction, experience or offering on any particular day.

General

• Dreamworld may make reasonable changes to operating hours, attraction availability, entertainment offerings, entry procedures and operational arrangements where required for safety, maintenance, weather, regulatory, operational or other legitimate business reasons.

• Tickets remain subject to all applicable Dreamworld Conditions of Entry.

• To the extent permitted by law, Dreamworld is not responsible for personal circumstances that prevent a guest from attending on their selected visit date.

• Where Dreamworld is unable to provide the purchased admission or where a material change occurs, guests may have rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

• By purchasing or using a Dreamworld One Day Ticket, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions and Dreamworld's Conditions of Entry.

Pass is not transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use.
Dreamworld Annual Passes are generated as digital online passes only. If you require a physical pass, this will incur a $5 printing fee. This can be requested at Guest Services on the day of your visit.
No upgrades available.
By purchasing online, each Passholder agrees to be contacted by Dreamworld with information regarding their pass and any associated benefits if applicable. Passholders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Dreamworld or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails or SMS messages. 4. General

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

The free ticket or pass has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred for value, refunded separately, or redeemed for another product.

Dreamworld reserves the right to verify the validity of purchases and cancel tickets or passes obtained through fraud, misuse, or unauthorised resale.

All inclusions are linked to the guest’s Annual Pass and must be redeemed by scanning the Annual Pass barcode at participating locations.
Each inclusion is single-use unless otherwise stated and is non-refundable if unused.

Must be collected from Main Street Emporium.

Includes refills on the first visit only, post-mix beverages only, on the day of wristband collection. The dated Sipper Cup Refill Wristband is valid on the day of issue only and cannot be used on future visits. Additional refills and future visit refills are available for purchase at the standard refill price.
WhiteWater World Towel:
Single-use redemption.
Redeemed at the designated location (e.g. Beyond the Beach) during the WhiteWater World operating season only.
Single Ride Express:
Valid for one (1) ride only at participating rides.
Subject to ride availability, capacity, operational requirements and safety restrictions.
$15 SkyPoint Voucher:
Redeemed by scanning Annual Pass barcode.
Valid for food, beverage and retail purchases at SkyPoint.
No change will be given for any unused value.
All inclusions must be used in accordance with park rules, safety requirements, and conditions of entry.

4. General

All standard Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint terms and conditions, including conditions of entry and operation, apply.
The stated value is an aggregate reference price only and may vary depending on how and when individual components are purchased or used.
Attractions, events and inclusions are subject to availability, capacity, weather, maintenance and operational requirements, and may change without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Extras & Add-ons

Promotion Details

The Dreamworld Annual Dining Pass (“Annual Dining Pass”) is a standalone dining add-on product for use at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World and does not include park entry.

A valid Dreamworld entry ticket or Dreamworld Annual Pass is required to enter the park and redeem dining benefits.

The Annual Dining Pass provides Eligible Passholders with:

The Annual Dining Pass is valid only for the registered Passholder and is issued for personal use only.
A photo must be attached to the Annual Dining Pass at the time of activation.
Dreamworld may request presentation of the Annual Dining Pass and valid photo identification at any time to verify Passholder identity.
Annual Dining Passes and Daily Dining Cards cannot be shared, transferred, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit.
Only one (1) Daily Dining Card will be issued per eligible Passholder, per single operating day.
The photograph attached to the Annual Dining Pass must be a current and accurate likeness of the registered Passholder and must match the name recorded on the Annual Dining Pass. The registered Passholder must be present in person to collect a Daily Dining Card. Daily Dining Cards will only be issued to the registered Passholder and cannot be collected, requested, or redeemed by any other person on the Passholder’s behalf.

Employee and Contractor Restrictions

The Annual Dining Pass is not available for purchase or use by any person who is currently employed or otherwise engaged (directly or indirectly) as an employee, contractor, subcontractor, consultant, labour hire worker, volunteer, trainee, or similar by Coast Entertainment Holdings Limited or its related entities.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the person is attending as a guest or outside working hours (including on rostered days off, leave or public holidays).
Dreamworld may refuse sale, redemption or use of an Annual Dining Pass, and may suspend or cancel an Annual Dining Pass, where it reasonably believes, based on available information, that a person is ineligible under this clause.
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring they are eligible prior to purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, no refund, compensation, credit or replacement will be provided for change of mind or where the ineligibility arises from the purchaser’s own circumstances. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Validity

The Annual Dining Pass is valid for twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.

Definitions

“Eligible Passholder” means the holder of a valid Dreamworld entry ticket or Dreamworld Annual Pass

“Eligible meal entitlements” means one (1) eligible meal and one (1) eligible snack.

“Single operating day” means a single published trading day for Dreamworld and/or WhiteWater World as determined by Dreamworld.

“Daily Dining Card” means the physical card issued to Eligible Passholders for use on a valid single operating day. The Daily Dining Card provides entitlements to:

One (1) eligible meal; and
One (1) eligible snack

during the valid single operating day shown on the card.

Redeeming Your Daily Dining Card

To access dining inclusions, Eligible Passholders must first collect a Daily Dining Card on the single operating day of their visit from Main Street Emporium or another location as advised by Dreamworld on the day.

A valid Dreamworld Annual Dining Pass must be presented to receive a Daily Dining Card.

The Daily Dining Card is a physical card issued exclusively to Eligible Passholders and cannot be purchased separately.

The Daily Dining Card:

Is valid only for the single operating day printed on the card;
Includes one (1) eligible meal entitlement and one (1) eligible snack entitlement (which may be redeemed at the same or different outlets);
Must be presented at participating outlets at the time of redemption.

Participating outlets cannot re-issue or replace Daily Dining Cards that have been lost or destroyed, or manually honour entitlements without a valid Daily Dining Card.

Eligible meal entitlements are linked to the Eligible Passholder and may only be redeemed by the Eligible Passholder.

Eligible meal entitlements are combined across Dreamworld and WhiteWater World and are not redeemable separately at each park on the same single operating day.

Re-entry to Dreamworld or WhiteWater World on the same single operating day does not reset eligible meal entitlements.

Eligible meal entitlements cannot be saved, accumulated, redeemed for cash, rolled over, or carried forward to another day.

Eligible meals and eligible snacks may be redeemed in any order during the single operating day.

Eligible meals, eligible snacks and participating outlets are determined by Dreamworld and may vary from time to time due to operational requirements, seasonal offerings, availability, or other business considerations.

Guests can refer to the Dreamworld website and iconography displayed on in-park menu boards at participating outlets for a full list of eligible menu items.

Some premium menu items, upgrades, add-ons, or specialty food items may be redeemed using the Daily Dining Card with an additional payment.

Drinks are not included as an eligible meal or eligible snack and can be purchased separately.

Food items purchased in addition to the redemption of eligible meal entitlements remain eligible for the applicable Annual Passholder food discount but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or voucher.

Item substitutions and menu modifications are not permitted.

Dietary requirements and allergen-friendly alternatives cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability. Where available, gluten-free alternatives may be substituted at no additional charge.

All food items are subject to availability and individual outlet operating hours.

Annual Dining Pass benefits cannot be redeemed through Chewzi mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, Food Central kiosks, or any other digital, mobile, or automated ordering platform within the park.

Food redeemed through the Annual Dining Pass must be consumed within Dreamworld or WhiteWater World and cannot be removed from the venue.

Redeemed food items may be shared between guests at the Eligible Passholder’s discretion.

Participating Locations and Exclusions

Eligible meal entitlements are redeemable at participating Dreamworld and WhiteWater World outlets during standard published daytime operating hours only, however are subject to occasional closures of such outlets due to operational reasons from time to time .

The following are NOT participating outlets:

Jane’s Rivertown Restaurant;
SkyPoint;
Candy, Nut & Fudge;
temporary or pop-up food outlets;
Food vans and outlets operating during Dreamworld Night Market events;
Food vans and outlets operating during special events, separately ticketed events, private functions, exclusive events, or after-hours events;
Food vans and outlets operating during special and seasonal events including, but not limited to:
Street Food Festival
Winterfest
Christmas in July
Happy Halloween
Country Fair
Summer special events
Corporate or education events

Eligible meal entitlements cannot be redeemed during special or after-hours events even where park access commenced during standard daytime operations.

Lost, Cancelled or Suspended Cards

Lost, stolen, damaged, forgotten, or unused Daily Dining Cards will not be replaced, refunded, or reissued.

Eligible meal entitlements are automatically suspended or cancelled where the associated Annual Dining Pass is suspended, revoked, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise terminated.

To the extent permitted by law, no compensation, refund, replacement entitlement, or extension will be provided due to ride closures, weather impacts, reduced operations, outlet closures, capacity restrictions, or operational interruptions.

Fair Use and Misuse

The Annual Dining Pass is intended for reasonable personal use by Eligible Passholders.

Dreamworld may monitor redemption activity and investigate suspected abusive, fraudulent, mischievous or inappropriate usage of the Annual Dining Pass or Daily Dining Card.

Dreamworld may refuse redemption or suspend Annual Dining Pass or Daily Dining Card entitlements where it reasonably believes that the use, or intended use, of the Annual Dining Pass or Daily Dining Card is improper or otherwise contrary to these terms and conditions.

Dreamworld may suspend or terminate Annual Dining Pass or Daily Dining Card entitlements where a Passholder engages in inappropriate, unlawful, unsafe, or abusive behaviour toward guests, team members, or Dreamworld operations.

General

Dreamworld reserves the right to amend participating outlets, eligible menu items, operating hours, redemption procedures, inclusions, and these Terms & Conditions at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

The Annual Dining Pass is subject to Dreamworld’s general park terms and conditions, operating calendars, and any applicable safety or operational requirements.

Entry to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World remains subject to the applicable park entry Terms & Conditions and Annual Pass Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Annual Photo Pass Card – Premium

Valid for 12 months from first use. Please note: Wildlife encounter photos are not included and must be purchased separately. Prints can also be purchased separately.

Multi Day Photo Pass Card – Premium

Includes unlimited digital ride photos, roving photographer snaps, and character photos from across the park, so you can relive the thrills, laughs, and magic long after your visit. Valid for 7 consecutive days from first use. Please note: Wildlife encounter photos are not included and must be purchased separately. Prints can also be purchased separately.

Single Day Photo Pass Card – Premium

Includes unlimited digital ride photos, roving photographer snaps, and character photos from across the park, so you can relive the thrills, laughs, and magic long after your visit. Valid for 1 day. Please note: Wildlife encounter photos are not included and must be purchased separately. Prints can also be purchased separately.

Single Day Photo Pass Card – Ride Only

The Dreamworld Ride Only Photo Pass includes unlimited digital ride photos from eligible rides across the park, so you can relive the action again and again. Please note: This pass does not include roving photographer photos, character photos, or wildlife encounter photos. Prints can be purchased separately.

Photo passes can be purchased online (Dreamworld website) or in park (Fedelta only) then be redeemed at DreamPix (Dreamworld) or Beyond the Beach (WhiteWater World).
Physical 6x8 photo prints can be purchased for $5 or an 8 x 10 for $10 each with a valid photo pass.
Once Photo Pass Cards have been redeemed, an account is required to be created, and photos must be claimed within 30 days.
Lost or stolen Annual Photo Pass cards cannot be replaced.
Dreamworld entry is not included in the pass price, guests must have valid Dreamworld entry to gain admittance.
Guest will receive an eTicket that they can present to DreamPix or Beyond the Beach either printed or on a mobile device. The voucher needs to be scanned into the Fedelta POS to make sure it’s valid and then the transaction can be finalised. Only One (1) voucher per transaction can be scanned into the Fedelta POS. If the voucher has already been used, you will receive an error message – Deal Expired or Consumed.

Each Dingo Experience will have the Dreamworld photographer present. A 6x8 photo in a souvenir folder is included in the experience and guests can collect from Kodak Shop after 1pm on the day of the Experience. Guests must complete the Waiver Form prior to their experience.
Guests must make their own way to Presto’s Training Cafe by 11:10am and the 20-minute experience will commence at 11:15am.

Children who are too young to participate in the experience are not permitted inside the experience area and must remain outside, under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Bilby Experience is only available to guests who have admission to Dreamworld on the day of the experience.
Dreamworld admission is not included in price of the experience and must be purchased separately.
Bilby Experience is for a nominated date and time only. It is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date but may be transferred to another person. Cancellation fee is 100%.

Guests must make their own way to Presto’s Training Cafe by 2:45pm and the 20-minute experience will commence at 2:50pm.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests and animals, participation in this experience is not permitted if you: are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or currently receiving medical treatment that may affect your judgement, balance, or vision, have a medical condition or disability that may limit your ability to understand or follow verbal instructions from the handler, including hearing, vision, cognitive or physical conditions, or have any other condition that may pose a risk to yourself, other guests, or the animals.

Ride Photo Pass Card
Includes unlimited digital copies of automated ride photos taken by Dreamworld or WhiteWater World (excludes Roving, Character, Old Time, Tigers and any Animal photos). Photo pass card does not include entry into Dreamworld and/or WhiteWater World. A valid entry ticket is required. Photo pass card is to be collected from the DreamPix shop (Dreamworld) or Beyond the Beach Shop (WhiteWater World) on arrival. Photo pass card will be active from date of collection. Annual or Season pass must be presented when using the Annual Photo pass card. Dreamworld may refuse any image to be added to a Photo pass card if deemed to be rude, offensive or of a dangerous nature. All images must have been taken on or after the day of Photo pass card activation. Any images taken before Photo pass card is activated are unable to be added to Photo pass card however are available for purchase. All images added to any Photo pass card will expire if not claimed within 30 days of being added. No refunds or exchanges and Photo pass cards are not transferable or replaceable. Competitions

1. Promotion details

The promoter is Dreamworld, operated by Coast Entertainment Operations Limited ABN 67 009 747 643 (Promoter).
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 3 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 12 September 2026 (Promotion Period).
Eligible participants who complete the post attendance survey following Fun Run will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
One (1) winner will receive 1 x $100 EFTPOS gift card (Prize).
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
The winner will be selected by random draw on 15 September 2026.
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in the survey within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the Prize is not claimed within a reasonable period determined by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who complete the post attendance survey during the Promotion Period.
To be eligible, participants must submit a completed survey and provide valid contact details.
One (1) completed survey constitutes one (1) entry.
Incomplete, illegible, duplicate or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may enter unless otherwise prohibited by internal policies.

3. General

By completing the survey and entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter may collect and use participants' personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

By completing the Ticket Survey, you (the entrant) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter, entrants must complete and submit the post-visit survey sent to them via email following their visit to Dreamworld or WhiteWater World.
There is one (1) prize to be won in each calendar month. The prize includes one (1) EFTPOS Gift Card at a total value of $100.
This competition is a Category 4 trade promotion and the selection of the winners will be selected randomly. The winners will be selected at Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND

Even if your goods are not faulty, but you simply change your mind on a purchase, you have 28 days to return your items to us for a full refund or exchange.

No, VIP Points cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed for cash.

What if I need to return a product from which I have earned Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points?

No, but you will be notified if your account has been inactive for a period of time up to one year.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP membership by contacting the Dreamworld LEGO® Store. You may be asked security questions related to your account to verify that it is your account. Any accrued Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

Are there any consequences if I do not comply with these Terms and Conditions?

If you fail to meet or observe any of these Terms and Conditions, Dreamworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your membership with immediate effect.

No compensation will be offered for points earned if your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP membership is terminated.

What if Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points are credited to my account by mistake?

Dreamworld reserves the right to cancel or remove points which have been issued to your account by mistake or due to a system or human error. Dreamworld will not tolerate deliberate misuse of the system when/if an error in the number of points occurs and such misuse will lead to termination of the member's account and a ban on future use.

Can Dreamworld cancel or make substantial changes to the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program or these Terms and Conditions?

Yes, Dreamworld reserves the right to cancel or substantially modify the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Dreamworld does so, you will be notified by email one (1) month prior to the cancellation or any substantial modification.

How will Dreamworld use personal information and other data relating to me?

Your personal information will be handled by Dreamworld in accordance with its privacy policy, a current copy of which may be accessed at https://www.dreamworld.com.au/general/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy).
