Nighttime hunters
Magnificent Tree Frogs thrive in Australia’s tropical north, where they spend their days tucked away in rocky crevices and caves. By night, they venture out to hunt, dining on insects, spiders, and other small invertebrates.
These frogs can lay up to 1,000 eggs in a single season! During the rainy months, they leave their eggs near water, where tiny tadpoles emerge and begin their journey to adulthood.
